CHARACTERISTICS
Strong corrosion resistance
Made of UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) material, suitable for corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, etc., to avoid the problem of metal valves easily rusting.
Lightweight and durable
The weight is only one-third of the same specification metal valve, making installation convenient; UPVC has excellent anti-aging performance and long service life.
Excellent sealing performance
The valve seat adopts EPDM or Viton sealing ring to achieve zero leakage and adapt to different medium requirements.
Low operating torque
The streamlined butterfly plate design reduces fluid resistance, makes opening and closing easy, and supports operation with handles, worm gears, or pneumatic/electric actuators.
Wide applicable scenarios
Widely used in industries such as chemical, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, food (requiring food grade certification), environmental protection, etc., especially suitable for corrosive environments.
