                               Pneumatic Heat Retaining Ball Valve

Product Description

The valve consists of a pneumatic actuator, a ball, a valve seat, an insulation layer, and other components. The pneumatic actuator, powered by compressed air, controls the opening and closing of the valve. When compressed air is supplied to the actuator, it generates a driving force, rotating the ball inside the valve body. The ball has a circular through - hole in the center. When the through - hole aligns with the pipeline, the valve is in the open state, allowing the medium to flow through. Conversely, when the ball rotates 90 degrees, the through - hole is blocked, and the valve closes, stopping the flow of the medium. The insulation layer, made of high - quality insulating materials, is designed to minimize heat transfer between the valve and the external environment, maintaining the temperature of the medium within the pipeline.
