Structure composition
Body and ball: 304, 316 and other stainless steel casting or forging, corrosion resistance, suitable for acid, alkali, salt spray and other harsh environment.
Sealing material: Valve seat commonly used PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PPL (reinforced polypropylene) or metal hard seal, to adapt to different temperatures (-50ºC~250ºC) and media needs.
Valve stem: stainless steel, rust resistant and wear resistant, and the actuator connection design anti-blowout structure to ensure safety.
Pneumatic actuator: divided into single action (spring return) and double action (two-way air control), can be equipped with solenoid valve, positioner to achieve automatic control.
How it works
The pneumatic actuator receives the control signal (such as 4-20mA current signal or switch signal) and drives the valve stem to rotate the ball 90° :
Open state: The sphere channel is aligned with the pipeline, and the fluid is smooth.
Closed state: The ball rotates 90°, the channel is perpendicular to the pipeline, and the medium flow is completely truncated.
Adjustment function (optional) : The rotation Angle is controlled by the positioner to achieve flow adjustment (only V-open ball valve).
