How it works
Opening and closing action: Receive the air source signal (usually 0.4~0.6MPa compressed air) through the pneumatic actuator, drive the valve stem to drive the ball to rotate 90°, and align the through hole with the pipe (fully open) or vertical (fully closed).
Adjustment function: Some models are equipped with positioner, which can realize 0~90° proportional adjustment flow.Core features
Lightweight and compact: small size, light weight, suitable for small diameter pipe (DN15~DN50) with limited space.
Easy installation: threaded connection without flange alignment, saving installation time and cost.
Reliable seal: the soft seal can reach VI level zero leakage, and the hard seal can withstand high temperature (≤350ºC) and high pressure (PN40).
