Core design requirements
Material Safety:
Body/valve plate: 316L stainless steel (low carbon, corrosion resistance), electrolytically polished surface (Ra ≤ 0.8μm), to avoid microbial attachment.
Seal: Food grade EPDM, silicone or PTFE, non-toxic, high temperature resistance (-20ºC~150ºC), in line with FDA/EC1935 standards.
Structure optimization:
No dead Angle design: smooth transition between the valve plate and the valve body, no grooves or gaps, to prevent medium residue.
Removable structure: The seat is quickly connected to the body for CIP (on-line cleaning) and SIP (steam sterilization).
Connection mode:
Clamp quick assembly (Tri-Clamp, DIN11851) : Fast sealing of pipes with sanitary clamp without bolts, avoiding contamination.
Welding type: Direct argon arc welding of pipe and valve body to ensure zero leakage, suitable for aseptic system.
Pneumatic actuator characteristics
Sanitary adaptation: The actuator shell adopts IP69K protection grade (anti-high pressure washing), and the material is 304 stainless steel or food grade plastic.
Clean air source: The air path system should be equipped with aseptic filters to prevent impurities in the compressed air from contaminating the medium.
Control mode: Optional switch type (fully open/fully closed) or regulation type (with health level positioner), support automatic control
