Product Description
Structure and composition
Valve body: PVC material, acid, alkali, salt solution and other corrosive media, light and low cost.
Sphere: usually PVC or metal core covered with PVC, smooth surface to reduce flow resistance.
Seat/seal: EPDM, NBR or PTFE, suitable for different media and temperature (-10ºC to 60ºC).
Valve stem: Connected to a handle or actuator to transmit rotating power (leak-proof design required).
Mode of operation:
Manual type: direct handle operation (suitable for low pressure small caliber).
Pneumatic type: Equipped with single acting (spring return) or double acting pneumatic actuators (external air source required).
How it works
Switch control: A rotary handle or pneumatic actuator drives the ball to rotate 90°, and the fluid is switched off through the alignment/dislocation of the ball through the hole and the valve body channel.
Flow regulation: Some models can adjust the flow by rotating the ball part (requiring V-shaped open ball design).
Core features
Strong corrosion resistance: suitable for the treatment of acid, alkali, salt solution and some organic solvents.
Light and economical: the weight is only 1/5 of the metal valve, convenient installation and maintenance.
Low flow resistance design: Full diameter structure reduces pressure loss and is suitable for high flow rate scenarios.
Reliable seal: Soft seal leakage rating up to ANSI B16.104 Class VI (bubble level seal).

2) then put all carton box in one strong plywood case for sea transport
