Product description
Strong corrosion resistance: The valve body is made of engineering plastics such as UPVC, CPVC, RPP, PVDF, etc., which are suitable for corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents, etc., especially suitable for fields such as chemical engineering and water treatment.
Lightweight: Plastic has low density and weighs only 1/5~1/3 of metal valves, making it easy to install and maintain.
Health and safety: Some materials (such as UPVC, PVDF) have passed food grade certification and are suitable for high hygiene requirements such as pure water and pharmaceuticals.
Structure Design
Compact and flexible: The spherical rotating opening and closing structure has a small volume and occupies less space, making it suitable for narrow pipelines or complex installation environments.
Low flow resistance design: When fully open, the flow channel is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, with low pressure loss, suitable for high flow demand.
Reliable sealing: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or EPDM rubber sealing rings are used, with a leakage level of up to ANSI Class VI (zero leakage) 137.
Operation and Control
Multiple driving modes: supports manual, pneumatic, and electric driving. The pneumatic actuator has a pressure range of 0.4~0.6MPa, while the electric actuator can be powered by an AC/DC power supply (such as AC220V, DC24V) of 135.
Automation integration: Electric models can be equipped with intelligent adjustment functions (such as 4-20mA signal input/output), supporting remote control and automation systems.
Environmental adaptability
Wide temperature range:
UPVC:-10ºC~+70ºC
CPVC:-40ºC~+95ºC
PVDF:- 40 ºC~+140 ºC (short-term up to+150 ºC) 137.
Pressure resistance performance: The conventional working pressure is PN1.0~1.6MPa, and some high-pressure models can reach PN16 (such as enhanced design)
