Definition and use
Pneumatic three-way ball valve is a three-way valve driven by a pneumatic actuator, which is mainly used for the diversion, confluence or flow direction switching of fluids in industrial pipeline systems. The core component is a ball with an L-shaped or T-shaped channel, and the direction of the channel is changed by rotating the ball to realize the connection or truncation of different pipelines. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, water treatment, food and pharmaceutical and other fields requiring complex fluid control.
Structure composition
Body: usually cast or forged material (such as stainless steel, carbon steel), high pressure, corrosion resistance.
Sphere: core opening and closing member, the surface is hardened, the channel is L-shaped (right Angle commutator) or T-shaped (shunt/confluence).
Valve seat and seal: PTFE, metal seal and other materials are used to ensure that the medium does not leak.
Valve stem: Connects the ball to the actuator to transfer the rotating power.
Pneumatic actuator: driven by compressed air, it is divided into single action (spring return) and double action (two-way gas control).
Port of departure: Shanghai, China
