The Double-Acting Plastic Pneumatic Ball Valve is a high-performance, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant flow control solution designed for automated industrial systems. Combining a durable plastic valve body with a pneumatic actuator, it ensures fast, reliable, and energy-efficient operation in liquid and gas applications.

Robust Plastic Construction - Valve body made from PP (Polypropylene), PVDF, or CPVC, offering excellent chemical resistance and lightweight durability.
Pneumatic Double-Acting Actuator - Uses compressed air (4-7 bar / 60-100 psi) to rotate the ball 90° for quick ON/OFF control. Auto-returns to position upon air signal reversal (no spring required).
Bubble-Tight Sealing - PTFE or EPDM seats ensure zero leakage, even under pressure.
Compact & Lightweight - Easier to install and maintain compared to metal valves, reducing system load.
Corrosion & Chemical Resistance - Perfect for acids, alkalis, solvents, and aggressive fluids(material selection depends on media).
