Stainless steel pneumatic flange ball valve is an industrial valve driven by a pneumatic actuator, using a flange connection, the main material is stainless steel. Its core structure includes:
Body: 304/316 stainless steel, corrosion resistance, suitable for different media.
Ball: Precision polishing, rotary control medium on and off, support full diameter (low flow resistance) or reduced diameter design.
Valve seat: PTFE or high temperature PPL material to ensure sealing, suitable for -40ºC to 200ºC working conditions.
Valve stem: blowout proof design, linkage with pneumatic actuator, transfer torque.
Pneumatic actuator: single action (spring return, power off/gas automatic reset) or double action (need two-way air source control).
Flange: Meet GB, ANSI, DIN and other standards, easy to install and reliable sealing.
Second, the working principle
The compressed air drives the actuator piston and drives the valve stem to rotate 90° to switch the ball from fully open (medium flow) to fully closed (truncated medium). Suitable for fast opening and closing scenarios, short response time, support automatic control.
