corrosion resistance
Ceramic materials such as alumina, zirconia, and silicon carbide have strong chemical stability and can withstand corrosive media such as strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong bases, and organic solvents.
Super abrasion resistance
Ceramics have high hardness (such as aluminum oxide hardness Hv ≥ 1500), suitable for high wear media containing solid particles, slurries, etc., with a lifespan far exceeding that of metal valves.
High/low temperature resistance
Wide applicable temperature range: -50 ºC to 450 ºC (slightly different ceramic materials, such as silicon carbide with a temperature resistance of up to 800 ºC).
Excellent sealing performance
The ceramic sphere and valve seat are precision ground with low surface roughness (Ra ≤ 0.2 μ m), achieving zero leakage (in compliance with ANSI Class VI standards).
