Reliable sealing and durability
Metal hard seal: suitable for high temperature (≤ 550 ºC), high pressure or media containing particles, with strong wear resistance (such as Stellite alloy welding).
Soft seal: Made of PTFE, PPL and other materials, with zero leakage (compliant with ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class VI standards), suitable for clean media at room temperature.
Low flow resistance design
The Full Port structure has an extremely low flow resistance coefficient (close to a straight pipe), reducing energy consumption; Reduced Port can reduce costs.
Fire and explosion prevention safety design
Compliant with API 607/6FA fire certification, the metal seal can still be temporarily sealed after the soft seal is burned.
Anti static design (spring guided structure) to avoid static electricity accumulation, suitable for flammable and explosive environments (such as Ex d IIB T4 explosion-proof certification).
Convenience of flange connection
Standard flange interfaces (such as ANSI B16.5, DIN, JIS, etc.) support bolt tightening for easy installation and maintenance.
Resistant to harsh environments
The actuator protection level is IP67/IP68, suitable for humid and dusty environments; Low temperature type can be equipped with an extension cover (-196 ºC working condition).
