1. Structural design and insulation performance
Integrated jacket structure: Carbon steel pipe jacket is welded on the outside of the valve body, allowing steam, hot water or thermal oil to circulate for insulation. The pressure can reach 1MPa, effectively maintaining a constant medium temperature and preventing high viscosity or easily crystallized media from solidifying and blocking the pipeline.
Compact and lightweight: Adopting an integral design, it has a smaller volume and lighter weight compared to ordinary ball valves, especially for ultra short ball valves (such as BQ671F) with shortened structural length, making it easy to install and maintain.
Diameter matching pipeline: The diameter of the valve is consistent with the pipe diameter, and the medium flows in a straight line with low pressure loss. It is suitable for high viscosity liquids (such as asphalt and resin) and easily crystallizable materials
2. Sealing and Materials
Multi material selection:
Valve body: optional cast steel (WCB), stainless steel (304/316/316L), Hastelloy, etc., suitable for corrosive media (such as strong acid, strong alkali)
Sealing material: The soft seal adopts PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PPL (para polystyrene) or fluororubber, with a temperature resistance range of -20 ºC~300 ºC; The hard seal is made of metal material (such as hard alloy) and is suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments.
Fire resistant and anti-static design: Some models are equipped with fire-resistant structures (which can still be sealed in case of fire) and optional anti-static devices to prevent the risk of static electricity caused by medium friction.
3. Control and Automation
Type of actuator:
Single acting spring reset: automatically resets to the preset state (on or off) when the gas is cut off, suitable for scenarios with high safety requirements.
Double acting: Requires bidirectional air supply, fast response speed, suitable for frequent operation.
Intelligent control: can be equipped with valve positioner (4-20mA signal), travel limit switch and solenoid valve, supporting remote monitoring and automation integration.
4. Environmental adaptability
Wide temperature range application:
Suitable temperature for soft seal:- 20 ºC~180 ºC (PTFE) or -20 ºC~300 ºC (PPL);
The hard seal has a temperature resistance of up to 425 ºC.
Protection level: IP65/IP67, Some models have passed explosion-proof certification and are suitable for harsh environments such as chemical and metallurgical industries
