Leak free sealing design
The diaphragm and valve body adopt a "mountain" shaped convex sealing structure, completely isolating the medium from the outside world, with no packing box design, achieving zero internal and external leakage, especially suitable for harsh working conditions of highly toxic and dangerous media (such as chlorine gas, strong acid)
Strong corrosion resistance
The surface of the valve body can be coated with various materials (such as fluorine 46, enamel, butyl rubber, etc.), and the diaphragm material can be selected from polytetrafluoroethylene, natural rubber, or butyl rubber. It can withstand strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis, organic solvents, and highly corrosive slurries, and is suitable for a wide temperature range (-50 ºC to+190 ºC)
High flow capacity and low flow resistance
The flow channel structure is simple and smooth, and the flow coefficient (KV value) is 1.5-2 times that of a single seat valve of the same caliber, making it particularly suitable for regulating high viscosity fluids or slurry media containing solid particles.

Adopting a multi spring pneumatic thin film actuator, the height and weight are reduced by 30% compared to traditional designs, supporting quick disassembly and accessory expansion (such as locators and handwheel mechanisms)
