Core Functions and Characteristics
Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: It completely avoids the contact between metal components and the medium, and is suitable for corrosive working conditions such as strong acids (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis, salt solutions, and organic solvents.
Lightweight Structure: The weight of the plastic material is only one-third to one-fifth of that of metal valves, making it easy to install, handle, and maintain.
Rapid Opening and Closing: The opening and closing can be completed with a 90° rotation, and the response time of the pneumatic drive is short, making it suitable for scenarios that require rapid shut-off or frequent operation.
Low Flow Resistance: When the butterfly disc is fully open, it is almost coaxial with the pipeline, resulting in low pressure loss and remarkable energy-saving effects.
Reliable Sealing: The elastic sealing design ensures zero leakage (soft-sealing type), and some hard-sealing models can withstand high pressure (the selection needs to be based on the material).
