Working Principle
Filtration Process:
Compressed air enters the filtration chamber from the inlet and first passes through the filter element, where solid particles, liquid water, and oil contaminants are intercepted or separated. Heavier water droplets and oil droplets settle at the bottom of the housing and are discharged through the drainage device.
Pressure Regulation Process:
The filtered air enters the pressure regulation chamber, and the output pressure is fed back to the spring chamber through the diaphragm to form a balance with the elastic force of the adjustment spring. When the input pressure fluctuates, the diaphragm drives the valve core to automatically adjust the opening:
When the input pressure increases, the valve core closes slightly to reduce the air flow and inhibit the rise of the output pressure.
When the input pressure decreases, the valve core opens wider to increase the air flow and maintain the stability of the output pressure.
