1. Structural design

Compact and lightweight: The valve body is made of lightweight materials such as cast aluminum and stainless steel, with a small volume and light weight, suitable for installation in narrow spaces, and easy to maintain.
Anti reverse impact and anti blow structure: The anti blow design of the valve stem (such as a stepped structure) prevents accidental breakage of the valve stem, ensuring operational safety; The whole shaft design reduces the wear of sealing packing and prevents external leakage.
2. Sealing performance
Dynamic sealing technology: The sealing surface of the valve plate is a spherical arc body, which combines with system pressure to achieve dynamic sealing. The hard seal (such as 0Cr17Ni12Mo2) is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, and the soft seal (such as PTFE, fluororubber) is suitable for corrosive media. The leakage level reaches CLASS VI (zero leakage) 138.
Elastic compensation function: The energy storage flexible lip sealing seat or elastic valve seat design can automatically compensate for wear and temperature changes, ensuring reliable sealing under low pressure or vacuum conditions.
3. Materials and Durability
Corrosion and high temperature resistance: The valve body material can be selected from stainless steel (304/316), Hastelloy, duplex steel, etc. The hard seal can withstand temperatures up to 425 ºC (some high temperature models can reach 650 ºC), and the soft seal is suitable for temperatures ranging from -45 ºC to 180 ºC.
Wear resistant treatment: The surface of the valve plate is welded with hard alloy or sprayed with ceramic coating to enhance wear resistance, suitable for media containing particles or slurry37.
4. Operation and Control
Quick opening and closing: Pneumatic actuator drives 90 ° rotation, with short response time and supports frequent operations; Can be configured with single acting (spring reset) or double acting pneumatic devices to meet automation control requirements.
Intelligent integration: supports linkage with PLC and DCS systems, achieves precise flow regulation through 4-20mA signals or locators, and can be optionally equipped with limit switches and solenoid valves.
5. Fluid performance
Low pressure loss and high flow rate: The full bore design reduces the flow resistance of the medium and lowers the pressure; The flow rate can be sensitively adjusted within the opening range of 15 °~70 °, with approximately equal percentage flow characteristics and an adjustment ratio of 30:1~100
