Core structure characteristics
Double eccentric design:
The first eccentricity: the stem axis is offset from the center of the sealing surface of the valve plate, forming a lever effect and reducing the opening and closing torque.
The second eccentricity: the stem axis is offset from the center of the pipeline (usually offset 5°~15°), so that the valve plate rotates quickly from the seat to avoid friction and wear.
Flange connection:
Standard flanges (such as GB, ANSI, JIS) are used at both ends of the valve body, bolted fastening, and sealing gaskets (metal winding gaskets/graphite gaskets) ensure the tightness of the interface.
Sealing structure:
Multi-layer metal hard seal: the edge of the valve plate surfacing Stellite alloy or tungsten carbide, the seat is stainless steel + flexible graphite, high temperature (≤600ºC), high pressure (PN40) and granular media.
Soft seal optional: EPDM/PTFE seat, suitable for low temperature, clean media (such as room temperature gas, water).
