1. Lightweight and compact: The valve body is made of cast aluminum, stainless steel or carbon steel, which is 30%~50% lighter than traditional valves and suitable for installation in narrow spaces.
Quick response: Pneumatic actuator drives 90 ° rotation for opening and closing, with an action time of ≤ 1 second (below DN100), supporting high-frequency operations (≥ 3000 times/hour).
2. Sealing performance
Multi level sealing scheme:
Soft seal: PTFE, Fluororubber or EPDM material, with a leakage rating of CLASS VI (bubble level seal), suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 ºC to 180 ºC.
Hard seal: stainless steel+hard alloy overlay welding, temperature resistance of 425 ºC (short-term up to 600 ºC), pressure resistance of PN50.0MPa, bi-directional zero leakage.
Elastic compensation design: The energy storage valve seat can adapt to temperature changes and slight deformations, maintaining long-term sealing stability.
3. Materials and Durability
Corrosion resistance: The valve body material can be selected from 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, duplex steel, etc., which can withstand strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis, and seawater corrosion.
Wear resistant treatment: The surface of the valve plate is sprayed with tungsten carbide or ceramic coating, suitable for media containing particles (such as slurry, dust).
4. Control and Safety
Executor configuration:
Double acting type: requires bidirectional air supply (0.4~0.7MPa), fast opening and closing speed, and no spring reset.
Single acting type (spring reset): automatically returns to its original position when gas is cut off (normally open/normally closed), suitable for safety interlock systems.
Intelligent Expansion: Optional valve positioner (4-20mA signal), limit switch, solenoid valve, and MODBUS communication module, supporting remote monitoring.
Safety protection: Explosion proof actuator (Ex d II CT6), fireproof sealing structure (compliant with API 607 standard), suitable for high-risk environments.
5. Fluid performance
Low pressure loss design: Full bore structure, flow resistance coefficient Kv value as high as 0.7~0.9, pressure drop is only one-third of the same diameter gate valve.
Accurate flow regulation: Approximately equal percentage characteristics within 15 °~75 ° opening, with a regulation ratio of 30:1, suitable for precise flow control
