1000 series Electric-pneumatic Valve Positioner is used withthe pneumatic control valve to form a closed loop controlloop. The DC current signal given by the control system isconverted into a gas signal that drives the regulating valveto control the action of the regulating valve. At the sametime, feedback is made according to the opening degree ofthe regulating valve,so that the valve position can becorrectly positioned according to the control signal outputtedby the system. The electric positioner can be used for single-acting(spring-return type)and double-acting pneumaticactuators.Installation of Electric-pneumatic valve positioners: Thisseries is adjustment type and is designed for double-actingor single-acting actuators with input and output 4-20 mAfeedback signals. The pneumatic actuator is equipped withan electric-pneumatic valve positioner and bracket, linkingthe feedback lever through the pinion NAMUR slot, which isfastened by4 bolts. The air source pipeline can beconnected to realize the adjustment control.
