Overview
The PVDF Pneumatic Flange Ball Valve is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant flow control solution designed for aggressive chemical applications. Featuring a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) body and pneumatic actuation, this valve ensures reliable, leak-proof operation in harsh environments where metal valves would fail.
Available in sizes from ½ inch to 12 inches (DN15 to DN300), it is ideal for chemical processing, semiconductor manufacturing, wastewater treatment, and high-purity fluid systems.
Key Features
Superior Chemical Resistance - PVDF construction resists acids, bases, solvents, and oxidizing agents, making it ideal for aggressive media.
Pneumatic Actuation (Double/Single-Acting) - Fast, automated 90° on/off control with 4-7 bar (60-100 psi) air supply. Optional solenoid valves & positioners for integration into PLC systems.
Flanged Connection (ANSI/ASME/DIN Standard) - Ensures secure, leak-free piping integration for high-pressure applications.
Bubble-Tight Sealing - PTFE or EPTFE seats provide zero leakage, even under high pressure (up to 10 bar / 145 psi).
Lightweight & Durable - Unlike metal valves, PVDF is non-corrosive, non-stick, and resistant to UV & aging.
Fire-Safe & Low Maintenance - Self-extinguishing material with no lubrication required, reducing downtime.
Manual Override Option - Available with handwheel or lever for emergency operation.
