1. Structure and Design
Compact and lightweight: The pneumatic actuator butterfly valve adopts an aluminum alloy cylinder and integrated design, with small volume and light weight, suitable for installation in high altitude or narrow spaces.
Quick opening and closing: Driven by a pneumatic actuator, the butterfly valve can be opened and closed by rotating 90 °, with a fast response speed, suitable for scenarios that require frequent operation.
Multiple transmission methods: gear rack transmission (with high output torque) or fork type transmission (suitable for large-diameter valves), ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
2. Sealing performance
Bidirectional sealing design: The hard sealed butterfly valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric structure, combined with metal hard seal and elastic seal stacking, to achieve bidirectional zero leakage, and installation is not limited by the flow direction of the medium.
High temperature and high pressure resistance: Metal hard seals can withstand medium temperatures ≤ 425 ºC, suitable for high-temperature fluids (such as asphalt, steam, etc.); Soft seals (nitrile rubber, fluororubber) are suitable for room temperature or corrosive media.
3. Materials and Durability
Corrosion resistance: The valve body and valve plate materials can be selected from stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc., suitable for strong acid, strong alkali or particle containing media environments.
Long lifespan: The surface of the butterfly plate can be coated with nylon or polytetrafluoroethylene, and it can maintain sealing performance even after opening and closing under pressure for more than 50000 times.
4. Control and Automation
Type of actuator:
Double acting: requires bidirectional air source control, fast opening and closing speed, no spring reset, suitable for conventional working conditions.
Single acting (spring reset): automatically resets to the preset state (normally open or normally closed) when the gas is cut off, suitable for scenarios with high safety requirements (such as flammable medium pipelines).
Optional attachments:
Positioner and feedback signal: Supports 4-20mA current signal or pressure signal to regulate flow, equipped with limit switch for remote status monitoring.
Electromagnetic valve and air source processing: Single or dual electric control solenoid valve controls opening and closing, and triple components (filtration, pressure reduction, lubrication) ensure stable air source.
5. Applicability
Wide medium compatibility: Suitable for water, air, oil, natural gas, dust, and weakly corrosive fluids.
Multi industry applications: petrochemical, power, metallurgy, water treatment, air conditioning systems, etc., especially suitable for large and medium-sized pipelines.
