1. Security
Leak proof design: The solenoid valve drives the valve core through electromagnetic force, without the need for a dynamic sealing structure. The risk of external leakage is extremely low, and internal leakage is controllable to zero. It is especially suitable for corrosive, toxic, or high-temperature media.
Explosion proof and protection: Explosion proof products should be selected for explosive environments, and waterproof and dustproof models can be selected for outdoor or dusty environments; Some high-temperature models adopt explosion-proof pole design to ensure extreme environmental safety.
2. Structure and Materials
Diversified materials:
Corrosion resistant type: Plastic (PP, PVC) or all stainless steel (304/316) valve body, suitable for strong acid and alkali media 239.
High temperature resistant type: The high-temperature piston solenoid valve adopts stainless steel or ceramic coated valve core, with a temperature resistance of up to 800 ºC.
Low temperature resistant type: The low-temperature solenoid valve is sealed with special stainless steel and PTFE, suitable for -196 ºC environment (such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen).
Sealing technology: using PTFE, fluororubber or metal hard seals, combined with elastic compensation design (such as energy storage flexible lip sealing seat), to ensure sealing reliability under high temperature, low temperature or vacuum conditions.
3. Control performance
Quick response: The response time of direct acting solenoid valves can be as short as a few milliseconds, while that of pilot operated solenoid valves can be controlled within tens of milliseconds, making them suitable for high-frequency operation.
Intelligent integration: supports linkage with PLC and DCS systems, achieves remote control through 4-20mA signals or locators, and some models are equipped with flow feedback and fault warning functions46.
Multi functional control: Provides multiple control modes such as normally open, normally closed, and self holding to meet different operating conditions.
4. Environmental adaptability
Wide temperature range application:
Low temperature: -196 ºC (stainless steel low-temperature valve) 3.
High temperature: Conventional models can withstand 425 ºC, while special models can reach 800 ºC.
Media compatibility: Suitable for gases, liquids, vapors, and high viscosity media (requiring the use of filter valves or high viscosity specialized designs) 59.
